New robotic cell for brake disc assembly. Machine is designed for 6-axis robotem FANUC and 6 automatic stations for pressing and final check. Machine is able to produce more than 600 types of brake disc.

Line is assembled with three BOSCH conveyor system. Third loop is designed for final leak-tests.

New semi-automatic robotic line for production of steering modules for Mercedes-Benz. Line is designed according Industry 4.0 and is equiped SCARA robots and 6-axis robots. Line includes 13 automatic stations and 4 robotic stations.

For final check are used industrial camera systems.

Finished parts are separated to OK/NOK boxes.

Using of two spring separators allow operators to maintan systém without any production stops.

The production line has a total of 16 automatic workplaces and 3 robotic workplaces.
