Information in accordance with Section 9(2) of Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on Whistleblower Protection (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”).

In accordance with Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”), JHV – ENGINEERING s.r.o. allows, as an obliged person, to its employees and persons in a similar position who have performed or are performing work or other similar activities for it, even if indirectly, or persons who have been or are in contact with JHV – ENGINEERING s.r.o. in connection with the performance of work or other similar activities, to submit a notification of a possible violation (hereinafter referred to as the “Notification”) through internal channels.

Other persons shall submit a Notification through the notification system of the Ministry of Justice. Information on filing a notification with the Ministry of Justice and its notification system is available on the website: Notifier – Ministry of Justice (justice.cz).

JHV – ENGINEERING s.r.o. declares that it has issued an internal regulation (directive) which completely regulates the implementation of the issue of whistleblower protection, so-called whistleblowing.

The competent person for the handling of the submitted Notification in JHV – ENGINEERING s.r.o. is the Financial Director Ing. Kateřina Tůmová and/or Head of Human Resources Mgr. Zuzana Ježková.

JHV – ENGINEERING s.r.o. excludes receiving notifications from persons who do not perform work or other similar activities for it. JHV – ENGINEERING s.r.o. reserves the right not to deal with anonymous notifications.

Notifications made under the Act must contain the name, surname and date of birth of the Notifier.

  The envelope should be marked “Do not open – whistleblowing notification“.

• In person at the registered office of JHV – ENGINEERING s.r.o., exclusively by prior telephone appointment at +420770109198.

JHV – ENGINEERING s.r.o. fully acknowledges the prohibition of retaliatory measures specified in Article 4 of Act No. 171/2023 Coll. and Article 19 of the EU Directive.

The identity of the whistleblower is protected information and the person concerned is bound by confidentiality.
