we process the personal information, you provide to us through the web form, solely for the purpose of the activities and actions necessary to contact you, and the subsequent steps that result in the selection process and subsequent employment or other similar agreements with you.

The following information is required for the selection process: name, surname, contact details, work experience and details, experience and skills. Other information you send us are voluntary.

We also process certain identification and control information based on our legitimate interests. The legitimate interest is considered to be the processing of identification and contact data, as well as information on the progress of the recruitment process, to streamline the recruitment process, to perform analytical and statistical activities, to maintain data integrity and to eliminate any duplication. Such data will be despatched (pseudo-anonymized), encrypted and, if necessary, further secured to protect the rights and freedoms of data subjects. This processing will not have consequences for data subjects and will not interfere with their privacy.

If at any time you decide to withdraw from the tender before it is terminated by the administrator, you can send a request to delete your personal data by e-mail to hr@jhv.cz. This will permanently delete any data you submit, including any additional personal information added by the administrator, except notes that are the output and record of the selection process and does not contain personal information.

For data processing purposes, the company fully respects applicable legislation on personal data processing. JHV may, on the basis of the aforementioned statutory reasons, process your own extended personal and non-personal data associated with information on the course and outputs of the tender.

By processing your personal data, you have the right: (i) to access personal data; (ii) to correct or supplement inaccurate or false personal information; (iii) to delete personal data if personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which (iv) to limit the processing of personal data in special cases; (v) to the portability of data; and (vi) to object to the processing of your personal data; if it does not prove that there are serious legitimate grounds for processing that outweigh your interests or rights and freedoms, in particular if the reason for the possible enforcement of claims and (vii) contact the Office for Personal Data Protection.
