AUTOMATION SYSTEMS

We develop and produce all kind of automation systems for manually-loaded or automatically feeding machines. Our team has  solutions and strong know-how to screw, rivet, press, join or weld your components together into their final form.

ASSEMBLY MACHINES

This type of machines is widely used in large lot production, with the machine time of 0.5 to 5 seconds. It is a high-capacity device that allows unattended operation 24/7. Our focus includes (but is not limited to) the following industries:

  • ELECTRONICS
  • AUTOMOTIVE
  • HEALTHCARE

TESTING MACHINES

Testers can either be a part of a production line, or can be used as a stand-alone device for final product control. We have the biggest experience in supplying the following types of testers:

  • NOISE TESTING STATIONS
  • MEASURING CONTROL STATIONS
  • LEAK TESTERS
  • CAMERA AND OPTICAL TESTERS

PART FEEDER SYSTEMS

We develop our own feeder systems to add parts into  the production process. In addition to the conventional vibratory feeders, we also supply other types of feeders or separators suitable for springs, as well as the parts with special surface treatment. Offered feeders types:

  • VIBRATORY FEEDERS
  • LINEAR BAR FEEDERS
  • SPRING SEPARATORS
  • ROTATING SEPARATORS

WELDING MACHINES

Welding stations can be supplied as a separate workplace or as a part of production lines. In addition to the classical technology and spot welding, we also offer laser welding and soldering. Machines are most often supplied to the automotive and electrotechnical industries.

  • MIG
  • TIG
  • LASER SOLDERING
  • LASER WELDING

PRESSES AND PRESSING STATIONS

Presses can be used as a stand-alone station or as a complex equipment for progressive / transfer operations. Pressing force is usually 0.5 kN to 50 kN. These machines can be equipped with an automatic manipulator for inserting and removing the product.
We offer the basic variants of the press machines in the following categories:

  • PNEUMATIC PRESSES
  • HYDRAULIC PRESSES
  • SERVO PRESSES
  • TOGGLE PRESSES
