Hoppers
We supply hoppers (pre-feeder systems) various volumes, ranging from 3 to 200 liters. Hopper drive has several variants: an impact pneumatic drive, a conveyor belt, or a bucket conveyor for larger volumes. This allows us to find the optimal balance between cost and ease of operation for each application.
Key features
Pneumatic or electric belt drive
Volume range from 3 to 200 liters
Lockable cover
Maintaining optimal fill level in feeder
Vibratory feeder control
Key features
Adjustable frequency and amplitude
Low purchase price
Touch screen control
Option for 1 or 2 magnets
Combiners and dividers
Dividers are used to branch the transport hose into multiple paths. Thanks to them, a larger number of screwdriving workplaces can be supplied from a single container and thus save costs.
Combiners are used to combine the transport hose from multiple feeders into one and supply one screwdriver from multiple feeders. This option is advantageous for applications screwing different types of screws with the same head shape within a single station. It is thus possible to save the screwdriving spindle and the robot. It is advisable to combine the combiner with a screw measuring system to prevent confusion between different screw variants.
Benefits
Increase cost efficiency of solution
Allow smaller system footprint
Distribution of parts among more screwdrivers
Multiple parts processed in one screwdriver
Cleaning and measuring of the part
Cleaning and measuring of the screw can be added as an option to all feeder types. The screw measurement checks the length of each screw and the NOK automatically disables the screw. Screw cleaning is designed for cleanroom applications and extracts debris before screwing in the part.
Key features
Screw cleaning enabled Feeder installation in ISO7 cleanroom
Screw measurement eliminates operator errors
Combobox - combining both systems into one saves costs
Reduced number of NOK products thanks to screw inspection
Scope of delivery
You can choose the scope of delivery for the feeding system from the following options:
BASIC: This variant is ideal for integrating the feeder into a machine, using the line's PLC, pneumatic terminal, and DI/DO modules. It is the most economical option, suitable for manufacturers of automated lines.
LIGHT ADVANCED: In this variant, the feeder does not have its own PLC system (it uses control from the line) but is equipped with a pneumatic terminal, DI/DO inputs, and is fully wired. This option saves time during feeder integration.
ADVANCED: This is a standalone system with its own electrical cabinet, requiring only connection of power, compressed air, and it is ready to recieve commands to operate. It is a plug-and-play system, delivered fully operational. This variant is often used for modifying or expanding existing workstations and lines.
